Yes, If you want to edit or add to your order, you’ll need to create a new order with us. We will then go ahead and cancel the old order (if it is has not been paid for already). Email us with your order number that you want cancelled. Orders can only be edited if payment has not been accepted yet.
We offer same day delivery / 24Hrs delivery within the DMV area. For shipping to other states delivery takes about 1-3 days.
The DMT DC Club assumes no responsibility for lost orders due to:
- Customer change of address / residence
- Theft after delivery
- Package being rejected upon delivery (by doorman or other)
We no longer use a return address. Packages with incomplete/ incorrect addresses (missing unit #) will be undeliverable and not returned to us. No refunds or replacements will be given for this mistake. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ENTER IN YOUR CORRECT ADDRESS. Contact us immediately.
We may email you the tracking number before the package arrives at the Post Office. The tracking number won’t show up as traceable site until the package is physically scanned in at the first destination. In most cases trackers will be updated by the end of the business day.
Absolutely! All orders placed on https://dmtdc.com/ are sent in a plain box or envelope with nothing written on the outside as to the contents. Shipments are sent via Express Post with a tracking number included.
Orders are processed and shipped out within 24 hours of processing order.
If for any reason your order is not delivered, your order will be replaced with a new shipment.
